Please find attached the Registration form for the Area Sports Meet. The Sports meet is scheduled to be held in Calicut on Dec 8 th and 9th. The venue for the sports meet will be The Cosmoplitan Club, Beach Road, Calicut. Since the Meet is held at the club, it is required that the rules of the club have to be followed strictly. There will be an AEX meeting on the 8 th morning at the Cosmopolitan Club. The sports meet will start simultaneously. You are requested to reach the venue at the earliest on Saturday. The Snooker matches will be held between 12noon and 5pm only. This is as per the club rules. A social will be held on Saturday night. The venue for the same will be intimated later. Please register yourself early. Rooms have been blocked in Hotel Sea Queen and in the Club. Hotel Sea Queen is located very close to the club on the same beach road.. You are requested to book your rooms at the earliest since there is a shortage of available rooms. Incase you are depositing the amount in the bank through the account number directly, please do inform me.
