PDF (portable document format)
PDF is the unofficial document sharing format and require a pdf reader. You could download pdf readers from :
Adobe Acrobat Reader V8.1 (30.7 mb)
If you need to create a pdf file, Install CutePDF Writer V2.7 (1.54 MB) and see your file size reduce dramatically. On installation, CutePDF will install itself as a printer and when you are select to print from most softwares on your system, select CutePDF as the printer in the printer selection dialog box, and system will create a pdf file at the location of your choice which can then be stored / emailed / printed at anytime as the need may be.
Yahoo Account
Most of us have Yahoo Accounts and need to visit the Yahoo Website to view mails. Instead you could install a piece of software called Yahoo POPs! and it will download the mails into your Microsoft Outlook Express or Outlook Email Clients. You can download Yahoo POPs from YPOPs and install it. The Installation is straight forward.
